WATER HEATER REPAIR?REPLACEMENT

On average water heaters in our area last about 7-8 years. This is mainly due to our local water being so hard. Most water heaters come with a standard 6 year warranty. Here at Agape Plumbing we only install Bradford White Water Heaters, which at the time of purchase, you can buy an extended 4 years. This brings the warranty up to a 10 year warranty. With most other water heater companies if your water heater goes out during the allowed warranty, you have to contact the manufacturer, and this usually is quite time consuming and can be frustrating. With a Bradford White water heater we just go pick up a new one and drop off the old one. Also with brands other than Bradford White they will make you pay the difference if the price of the water heater is more expensive currently than when you originally purchased it. As we all know, everything gets more expensive and you will not find that a water heater purchased 4 years ago is still selling at the same price today. We offer a Flat Rate price on All sizes of water heaters and this includes All code upgrades, new water supplies, a water heater pan, a new gas valve and supply, and haul away of the old water heater. Our prices are much less than our competitors and comes with the peace of mind that the job is done completely and to code every time.

Toilet stoppages/low flow

With California mandating we use low flow toilets, periodic stoppages can become a problem. Did you know that we can adjust the water level in your toilet to allow for up to 50 percent more water flow, thus eliminating some of these stoppages. Now, not all stoppages are due to a lack of water, but we have found that this lack of water can lead to what we refer to as a “soft stoppage”. Give us a call and we can come take a look at your toilet and make a couple of simple adjustments to add more water to every flush.

Sewer Jetting/Video Inspection

Sewer line jetting is an efficient and effective way of removing blockages and debris from sewer systems. It involves the powerful force of pressurized water that is jetted backwards/forward through the pipe, allowing it to move dirt, debris, and sediment. Sewer line jetting can be used to unclog a blocked drain, clean out roots, or eliminate grease buildup in your pipes. Its also a great way to inspect your pipes for any potential cracks, or problem areas. These services can save you money on costly repairs and provide peace of mind that your piping system can function properly. With professional assistance from our plumbing experts, sewer line jetting is a safe and reliable solution for any clogged sewer or drain line.

How does sewer jetting work?

Sewer jetting, also known as hydro-jetting or water jetting, is a powerful sewer cleaning process used to remove debris from sewer pipes. The force of a high-pressure water stream generated from a pumping unit pushes apart the debris and flushes it out of your system. We use specialized nozzles that create jets of pressurized water which can cut through grease, dirt, sand, and roots blocking your pipes. The pressure created by the jetter nozzle helps break up the tough blockages and flush them out completely. Sewer jetting can be used in combination with root treatments to clear away stubborn clogs and keep your system clean for longer periods of time.

Custom Master Bathroom Remodel

Danny and Corbett handled this job as a team. They custom designed this master bathroom remodel themselves, keeping in mind the customer’s desire to utilize as much space as possible, while creating an airy and open space vibe.

Together they installed Moen fixtures throughout, a Gerber Avalanche Elite toilet, and a floating glass wall with a large entrance. The Moen 3-way Diverter valve is a favorite of theirs as it allows the use of either shower head independently or used together. They also installed a his and hers twin lavatory vanity with widespread Moen faucets, allowing a wider profile. Their team installed all new floor tire with an Italian accent, sanded the original built-in cabinets, and repainted them. They also installed new light fixtures and bathroom mirrors. To finish off this beautiful and custom remodeled master bathroom, they installed a sliding barn door to maximize the space available for their customers.

Danny and Corbett love working with their customers to design their dream spaces.
